Welcome to St. Matthew Lutheran School. Since 1863, preparing
students to meet the rigorous challenges of the twenty first century academically,
spiritually, socially and physically has been the essence of our school.
Christ-centered learning experiences prepared by a team of dedicated, veteran
Christian teaching professionals is the vehicle for meeting this challenge.
Our school day begins at 7:45 am (drop off begins at 7:25 am) and runs through 2:10 pm.
Extended Care is available before school beginning at 6:30 am until school begins,
then again from 11:15 am until 6 pm. We begin each week with a Chapel service
on Monday at 8:00 am.
We encourage you to visit all areas of our site. When you find
items that meet your needs or challenges, feel free to use them.
Education is a life-long process; Christian education prepares students not only
for the brevity of time but also for the length of eternity.
We urge
parents to explore the benefits of Christ-centered education
