School Fees

1. An initial Enrollment Fee of $100.00 is payable by ALL students in grades K-8 upon acceptance of their enrollment. This fee is nonrefundable.
2. A Registration Fee of $300.00, and all other fees (including books, classroom packages, milk, etc.) are due for ALL students by June 1st. A handling fee of $25.00 will be assessed for payments received after June 1st; fees must be paid in full by August 15th for your student to begin the school year. The $300.00 Registration Fee is nonrefundable.

1. Families will be charged tuition based on the chart below. Active Member Tuition is a discounted rate that applies to St. Matthew Lutheran church member families who attend at least 50% of worship services each year.
2. Tuition payments are due the first day of each month, September through May. There will be a 5% reduction in tuition for any family who pays full tuition and all registration fees by August 15th. Payments may be made by any of the following methods: cash, personal check, certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Note: a processing fee of 3% will apply to all credit card payments.
3. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed to tuition payments received after the 15th of each month. If a check is returned due to "non-sufficient funds", a $25.00 NSF charge will be assessed. Note: All payments made after May 15th of the current school year must be paid by certified check, money order, credit card or cash.
