The "30th" Anniversary Pig & Corn Roast

Thank you to all who helped to make the 30th annual Pig and Corn Roast a rousing success! From the morning outdoor worship service to the food and drink and games, our guests enjoyed a beautiful August day and great fellowship.
Special thanks to our co-chairs, Lindy and Derek Chambers-Boucher and our kitchen team of Diane and John Ducy for making things go so smoothly. Of course, we could not have staged such a large-scale event without all of the volunteers who worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday to assist in staging the Roast. We also want to thank all of the volunteers from Lutheran Church Charities who worked so hard in the pouring rain to help us clean up the grounds. Finally, I know our guests really appreciated the helping hands offered by the Girl Scouts. Thanks again to everyone!
